  The Ambassador attended the handover of the Boeing 737-9 max government aircraft at the Boeing offices in Seattle - Georgetown here in the United States. The Boeing 737-9 max is the second aircraft of this type purchased by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania. The airplane is expected to provide a major boost to economic development, particularly in passenger transport to and from the African continent.
