SADC ORGAN TROIKA: DR PHILIP ISDOR MPANGO ARRIVES IN ZAMBIA

Vice President Dr. Philip Isdor Mpango watches various traditional dance groups as he arrives at the Mulungushi Conference Centre in Lusaka, Zambia to attend the Emergency Meeting of Heads of State and Government of the Southern African Development Community (SADC Organ Troika), the countries of Mozambique and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the countries contributing troops to the SADC forces in Mozambique (SAMIM) and Congo (SAMIDRC).

Philip Mpango leading the Tanzanian delegation to the Emergency Meeting of Heads of State and Government of the Organisation for Cooperation in Political, Defence and Security Affairs, the Southern African Development Community (SADC Organ Troika), the countries of Mozambique and the Democratic Republic of the Congo with the countries contributing troops to the SADC armed forces in Mozambique (SAMIM) and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (SAMIDRC) at the Mulungushi Conference Centre in Lusaka, Zambia.
