Tanzania Airlines (ATCL) has launched direct flights to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The event took place at the Julius Nyerere International Airport, Dar es Salaam Terminal 3.

The airline is expanding its international network with the launch of flights from Dar es Salaam to Dubai from 31 March 2024.

Tanzania Airlines (ATCL)Direct flights to Dubai will be operated four times a week using the airline’s new state-of-the-art B737-9 MAX aircraft, which seats 181 passengers, including 16 Business Class seats and 165 Standard Class seats. The journey will take approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes.

The introduction of flights to Dubai is part of the implementation of ATCL’s business strategy to connect its network to key markets around the world.

Tickets are now on sale at a special discounted fare starting at $399 return where the passenger is allowed to travel with three (3) bags, each bag weighing 23kg for normal class and 30kg for business class.
