No bird can soar as high as an eagle.LESSON: Have big plans - Live with people who have positive attitudes and success so that they will motivate you to move forward. Eagles fly with other eagles.[caption id="attachment_1366" align="aligncenter" width="1279"] Victoria C Mwanziva District Commissioner- LUDEWA, Njombe Region. Government of the United Republic of Tanzania[/caption]2. Eagles can see very far. Eagles can see something five kilometres away. When an eagle sees its prey, it looks there and starts to catch the prey at high speed. It doesn't matter if there are obstacles in the way, the eagle will not change its focus until it catches the prey.LESSON: You must have a vision and you must keep looking at it until you find it or reach it, that's the secret of your success.3. When the eagle is dead, it eats only what it has caught; An eagle does not hunt what it has not hunted, an eagle believes that what it has hunted is better, so when it is hungry it cannot eat a carcass.LESSON: Don't like to use corpses for dirty and inappropriate things, because you will destroy your soul and your life will not go at a high speed of success. Follow yours and fight yours.4 Eagles love heavy rain and wind. When the clouds gather, the eagles are happy. The eagle uses the wind of the rain to soar very high, it does not use much strength to soar, it can just spread its wings and then it starts to float without any problems and enjoys a good life.LESSON: Use problems as a challenge to take you from one place to another:5. When an eagle gets old, its feathers become weak and do not allow it to fly as fast as before. When he sees this, he goes to the cave, away from the enemies, when he reaches the cave, he pulls out all his feathers and hides there until he dreams of another feather, then he comes out.LESSON: Sometimes we have to let go of some bad habits that prevent us from achieving our great success. If you find a challenge on the road to success, never give up, go, reorganise and come back quickly and you will succeed.Victoria C MwanzivaDistrict Commissioner- LUDEWA, Njombe Region. • [su_dropcap style="flat" size="5"]T[/su_dropcap]oday, I opened and chaired the Cotton Industry Stakeholders' Meeting at the Morena Hotel in Dodoma. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the cotton crop and identify strategies that will increase productivity in the production and marketing of the crop.Stakeholders have commended the various actions taken by Hon. President Dr SAMIA Suluhu Hassan in promoting the agricultural sector; where the cotton crop has also been part of the implementation of the Ministry of Agriculture in raising the crop.I stress that the government of the sixth phase is ready and has a mission to strengthen the association so that you can do business and get rid of the dependency of farmers' fees. Call for cooperatives to initiate development projects. The Ministry of Agriculture will begin preparations to encourage regions and districts to increase production and productivity in the cotton crop through an "incentive scheme" where the winning districts or regions will be built centres of agricultural tools to facilitate production services. It is important that such a meeting is held twice a year to have discussions before and after the farming season. I have asked the participants in the discussion to also consider the timing of these meetings.Hussein M BasheMinister, Ministry for Agriculture ,  MP Nzega Urban Constituency
